QuietKat wheels are very durable, roll easy and are well suited for a variety of applications. The wheel cushions your ride over rough surfaces, providing excellent shock absorption. The softer 88A Durometer TPR tread design will not mark your floors.
Thread guards are designed as a grease seal and are date stamped to assist you in evaluating wheel life.
QuietKat wheels are lightweight and resistant to chemicals, water and steam. These wheels are designed to prevent the pick-up of debris and can handle a variety of weather conditions.
QuietKat wheels can be molded with conductive tread to eliminate static build-up and discharge. Also Pemco's patented Tensioner wheels are available as an option. Pemco Tensioner QuietKat wheels can reduce damage caused by rolling, unattended shopping carts. The wheels are designed to hold unattended shopping carts on a slight slope (1-2 degrees) and slow down acceleration on greater slopes.

The Pemco Bearing Difference. Shopping cart wheels require materials and designs to handle severe duty applications. This is why Pemco invented a patented double raceway bearing that is insert-molded into the polypropylene hub. This bearing is a single spindle design that cannot become misaligned with use. It is also sealed on both sides after being pre-lubricated with high quality grease.
